What We’re Looking For
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Commitment to upholding NDIS quality and safeguarding standards A passion for empowering young men with disabilities to reach their goals
Paid or lived experience as a Support Worker/family member Experience supporting people with challenging behaviours Unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle Flexibility to work various shifts while maintaining a balanced lifestyle. Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
