Dean Kidd, Managing Director and driving force behind myGoal Australia, has dedicated over 17 years to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Based in Lake Macquarie, New South Wales, Dean, alongside his wife Belinda, leads myGoal Australia in offering specialised Supported Independent Living and community participation services. His leadership has been pivotal in adapting to the evolving needs of the disability sector, particularly with the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Under Dean's guidance, myGoal Australia has expanded its support services, especially for those facing critical life situations. In early 2024, myGoal Australia moved to a new location in Boolaroo, providing an expanded reach and enhanced services for our community.
Dean is a devoted father to three beautiful children and shares his home with two cats and a Labradoodle. An active member of the The Executive Connection (TEC) community, Dean embodies the right balance between professional commitment and personal enrichment.
myGoal Australia, under Dean and Belinda's joint vision, continues to thrive as a place where compassion, support, and quality service delivery come together to empower individuals and families in their journey towards greater independence and fulfillment.

Belinda Kidd brings a wealth of experience in the corporate sector, with skin and beauty therapy and pharmaceutical sales, assisting in Operational Support at myGoal Australia.
With a keen eye for detail and a heart for service, Belinda transitioned into the disability sector, joining forces with her husband, Dean, to drive the organisation's mission forward.
Belinda’s professional commitments have also played a pivotal role in raising their three lively children, showcasing her ability to balance family life with her passion for making a difference in the lives of others. Belinda's business acumen and deep understanding of customer needs have been instrumental in shaping the compassionate, client-centered approach at myGoal Australia.
