We are energetic and committed to supporting the participation and contribution of people with disability in their local communities and in their home, and to the My Goal team.
We encourage our team and participants to share their hobbies and interests to grow opportunities to support daily living skills in the home and community.
Our leadership team nurtures staff to be NDIS aware, knowledgeable, effective and respected across all roles at My Goal, which includes regular staff development and training. We also work closely with families and Support Coordinators to ensure as a team, My Goal adhere to our core values across all interactions within My Goal.
We work in partnership with participants, families, friends and other service providers, so we can play an active role in the journey of our participants' futures.
